The Only Fishing Gear He Doesn’t Already Own

If you’ve ever tried buying him lures or rods, you know how impossible fishermen are to shop for.

This takes the stress out of guessing gear ratios and tackle brands with a unique hands-on build he literally cannot already have in his garage.

Real Mechanical Action, Not Glued Plastic

Engineered with 425 precision interlocking pieces, the reel actually clicks, turns, and retrieves line through each guide ring.

It’s a genuine mechanical model designed to be proudly displayed on his office desk, workbench, or bookshelf.

A Relaxing Build He’ll Finish in One Afternoon

No missing parts or confusing steps. With numbered bags and a full-color guide, it takes about three relaxing hours to assemble.

It's the perfect off-season evening project to keep the fishing spirit alive when he can’t be out on the water.

QUESTIONS?

Can I actually fish with it?

This is a buildable display model, so it isn’t made for casting or catching fish. The fun is in building the fishing rod, reel and miniature lures, then showing off the finished piece.

Does it come assembled?

No—that’s part of the fun. You’ll assemble the 425-piece kit yourself, bringing the rod, reel and display to life piece by piece.

Is it a good gift for someone who already has fishing gear?

Absolutely. It gives them a different way to enjoy their favourite hobby—a hands-on project they can build and display, even on days they can’t get out on the water.

Will he be able to build this if he hasn't built kits before?

Yes! The kit features numbered bags and a large, full-color step-by-step instruction booklet. Most adults and teens finish it in 2 to 3.5 relaxing hours.

What if a piece is missing?

We back every kit with our 100% Complete Build Guarantee. If you ever lose or miss a tiny pin, email us at support@blosewold.com and we ship the replacement piece free of charge.

Grabbed this for my little brother's 11th birthday. Helped him with the line guides, rest was easy. He’s obsessed with turning the reel crank
